SIZING & FIT

Our sizing standards are unique. SEE.MAS focuses on 4 critical measurements that we obtained by measuring Saudi Arabian women.

Through this research, we have created a unique sizing chart for each garment. You can find the fit guide link for each unique product on the order info area for each SEE.MAS item.

- If you ordered a size and it does not fit, please contact us. Our mission is to have the best fit for women in the Middle East so we value your feedback.

SEE.MAS measured real women to develop our own unique sizing standards.

We started by using industry-standard sizes and then adjusted from there using research and data gathered from real women on size and fit.

If the size you want is sold out or not available, please contact us at service@seemas.com or via WhatsApp at 966508511083 and we will assist you.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

You can create an account by going to the sign up page and entering your information.

You’ll then receive a confirmation email, after which you can log in normally.

- You will receive an order confirmation email upon placement of order.

- If you do not receive this email right away, please check your spam and trash folders.

- If you do not receive a confirmation email you may contact us at service@seemas.com to receive an update on your order.

- We will email you to confirm your order and when your order ships.

- Each email we send you will have your tracking number in it. 

- You can enter your tracking number on our “Track Order” Page and you will be provided with the progress of your order.

- When purchasing, make sure you have entered the correct billing address for your payment, as this could result in a declined transaction.

- You may also call your payment provider to see if the transaction was passed through for processing.

- If you still require assistance please reach out to us at service@seemas.com.

- Once you have placed your order, you are not able to cancel the order as our distribution center begins work the moment your order is received.

- At this time we only process orders through www.seemas.com.

Shipping & Returns to KSA and GCC Countries are free

- We currently ship to Saudi Arabia and GCC Countries.

PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards. 

We also offer installments via our payment partner Tabby to KSA and UAE. 

- For KSA customers, 15% VAT is calculated upon checkout and will be listed. 

- For other countries no VAT is collected.

- For orders made outside of Saudi Arabia, the customer might be required to pay customs and taxes collected at the border. Couriers will most likely collect the payment upon delivery. We do not collect or anticipate the required customs. Kindly check your country's specific customs to anticipate the collected amount, if any.

If you have an account with us you can check the status of your return at any time by tracking your package using your tracking number made available in your SEE.MAS account.
